LAS VEGAS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Coincident TV (CTV), creators of the CTV hypervideo software
suite that combines online video, social media, weblinks and commerce in one immersive experience, today
announces a technology collaboration with Ascent Media Group’s Blink Digital, one of the leading digital media
production studios in the country.
“The collaboration between CTV and Blink Digital is a natural symbiosis,” says David Kaiser, chief executive officer
and co-founder of CTV.
“The combination of technologies, media industry knowledge and resources will enable a full-service offering that is
CTV’s unique cue point language (CPL) driven software and technology offers a foundation for Blink Digital to
incorporate advanced design, development and delivery service capabilities when creating multifaceted online video
experiences, such as virtual DVDs and superfan web destinations.
“A key part of Ascent Media’s strategy is to improve the quality of online video experiences,” says Ralf Jacob, vice
president of operations at Blink Digital. “We believe that joining forces with CTV will give us the advanced tools
necessary to create and deliver next-generation interactive video content.”
CTV and Blink Digital’s initial projects and proofs of concept are currently being developed and will be released
later this spring.
