Hal Abramson and his wife having shelved all festival plans for the U.S. west
coast for 2020 and 2021, departed for the south pacific in April on their
seaworthy Hatteras yacht. Arriving in paradise,
they are exploring the
possibilities in the man Festivals and in The Islands of Tahiti.
Hal knew about the Islands of Tahiti with its wide variety of exciting events year-
round!But now he was here! Part of French Polynesian culture,many holidays
and cultural events are an integral
to keeping the annual
celebrations.The most celebrated throughout the islands in ”Heiva”in Tahiti.
Summer brings this cultural festival in French Polynesia for 2 months until July
14th, coming to a close on Bastille Day.“We’re looking forward to 2021 with
almost every festival in the world affected by Covid-19. Afterall, it’s the tourists
that power a lot of the energy at these exotic festivals. We’re excited just to be
here, fresh air, crystal clear waters.” Hal said lounging on his boat’s bow.

traditional crafts, shows, cuisine and more will resume next year. In October,
