BAE Systems Appoints Ian T. Graham as Senior

ARLINGTON, Va.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--BAE Systems has announced the appointment of Ian T.
Graham as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of BAE Systems, Inc.
In this role, Graham will oversee all legal matters associated with BAE Systems, Inc. and its businesses, as well as
the organization’s contracts, ethics, compliance, and export control functions. The appointment is effective
“Ian brings to this position nearly two decades of government contracts and corporate legal expertise. He fully
understands the legal requirements of our business and our industry, and shares my commitment to ensuring the
highest standards of performance that will help our customers meet their evolving requirements,” said Linda Hudson,
President and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc.
Graham most recently served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for BAE Systems, Inc. He joined the
company in 2007 through the acquisition of Armor Holdings, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President & General
Prior to joining the organization, Graham had extensive experience within the defense and technology industries.
Previously, he was a partner in the government contracts and corporate practice groups at Jenner & Block, LLP. He
is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where he served as Publisher of the Yale Law Journal, and received a
bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
As General Counsel for BAE Systems, Inc., he succeeds Sheila Cheston, who is leaving the company to pursue
