ATC Logistics & Electronics Introduces Foreign Trade Zone Service
New offering lowers compliance and administrative costs for customers
FORT WORTH, Texas, March 15, 2010 – ATC Logistics & Electronics (ATCLE), a subsidiary of ATC
Technology Corporation (ATC) (NASDAQ:ATAC), is announcing its “ATCLE FTZ Services,” to provide
customers with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) access that will reduce expenses on import duties, tariffs and
fees. The new service will streamline the import and export of electronics equipment, and components,
on a global basis.

Each customer will receive expert counsel from ATCLE to guide them through the complete FTZ
process, with detailed explanations of corresponding benefits especially related to the elimination or
reduction of import expenses. These efforts can also help to alleviate a customer’s internal
administrative, processing and compliance expenses.
The FTZ service will offer a myriad of benefits including duty avoidance, elimination and inversion.
Import duties will not be applied until items are removed from the FTZ and remain in the U.S. for ultimate
distribution. No fees will apply to exports. Business property taxes for exported goods can be eliminated
