NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. announced its entry into the Municipal Bond and Public
today with the hiring of William O’Keefe as Senior Managing Director and Department Head of the Muni desk.

Previously, Mr. O’Keefe was with Morgan Stanley where his leadership played a key role in that firm’s growth in the Public Financ
Bond markets. Notably, he has served on the Board of the MSRB, is a past Chairman of the Bond Market Association’s Municipa
Division and a founding member of MuniCenter. He has a degree from St. Michaels College.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co is also pleased to announce that along with Bill O’Keefe, 7 other senior Municipal Bond professionals have
the new business effort. The new team consists of: David McMahon, Sandy Carrithers, Chris Grinnell, Elizabeth Andreev and Steve
Kevin Steinhauer and Mike Allen.
David McMahon will be leading the sales effort. He joins Cantor from Morgan Stanley where he held a variety of sales and manage
22 years.
