HOW TO SEND TENANT EVICTION NOTICE?
Sometimes after several attempts to build a healthy relationship between landlord and tenant, it
fails so the landlord can evict the tenant. Tenant eviction means removing the person who is
renting your property. The landlord can evict the tenant after giving them a notice before 30 days.
In these types of cases, the issues get solved after the legal notice is sent. Rent control act, 1948
was passed by the Indian government to provide the rights to tenants and landlords.
Reasons under which you can evict the tenant
1) If your tenant is still residing on the property, even after the expiration of the lease or the period
of renting. In some cases, the tenant does not leave the property even after the period of renting is
over. So, this leads to the landlord sending the legal notice for the eviction of the tenant.
2) If the tenant has done some serious damage to your property, the landlord can send a legal
notice to evict the tenant.
3) If the tenant has broken any rules that were set by the landlord at the time of the agreement.
This gives the landlord a reason to evict the tenant.
4) The landlord needs the property for they can be a reason for evicting the tenant.
