Bruno Mejean Joins SunEdison as Managing
Director, International Project Finance

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Bruno Mejean recently joined SunEdison LLC as managing
director for project finance activities outside of the United States and Canada. He will head the company’s effort to
focus and expand its activities in this area and will be reporting to Carlos Domenech, president of SunEdison. Part of
this effort involves working closely with Mr. Domenech and regional general managers.
Mejean comes to SunEdison from the New York branch of Nord/LB, where he was deputy branch manager and
managing director responsible for project finance origination in the Western Hemisphere. Under his leadership,
Nord/LB ranked among the top five renewable energy project finance lenders in the Americas in the last three years.
Earlier in his career, Mejean worked as the director of project finance and investments at Raytheon Corporation,
where he was responsible for projects in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. At Societé Generale, Mejean
oversaw export and project finance activities in Latin America with the support of export credit agencies and
international financial institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Inter-American
Development Bank (IADB). Mejean spent 10 years at Chase Manhattan Bank where he managed the bank’s
relationships with the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Private Export Funding Corporation (PEFCO),
and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), responsible for U.S. export finance activities connected
with large international projects.
Mejean is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish. He is married to Martina Hund-Mejean and has two children.
