REINSTATEMENT
NOTICE
ALL EJECTED PARTICIPANTS
ALL EJECTED PARTICIPANTS
You are not allowed to participate in any Campus Recreation activities. You are not allowed to
enter Campus Recreation Facilities! Please complete the following steps to regain eligibility.
Write a letter to the judicial board petitioning reinstatement. The letter should include the
following:
1. The ejected persons name
2. The ejected persons email address
3. The ejected persons phone number
4. The ejected persons local mailing address
5. The ejected persons Cat Card Number
6. The sport, facility, program or activity that the person was ejected from.
7. The ejected person’s version of “what happened”.
8. Why the ejected person should be reinstated.
If an ejected participant elects not to meet with the board then a decision will be
made in absentia, after the 14 day period
Submit the letter to: Campus Recreation Business Office, 2nd floor of the Student
Recreation Center: ATTN: Judicial Board
The letter must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to meeting (no later than the close of
business on Thursday).
If an ejected participant elects not to meet with the board then a decision will be
made in absentia, after the 14 day period
The Judicial Board meets on each Friday during the Fall/Spring semester from 3:00 p.m. -
4:00 p.m. (if letters have been received by Thursday.
The Judicial Board meets on Friday during the “Summer Term” on an as needed basis.
