center will include 70 offices and team rooms, 3 conference rooms equipped with state of the art AV equipment, and
its signature Community Café space for dining, collaborating, and recharging. In addition, the center will feature
dedicated touchdown space for clients of Carr Workplaces’ popular virtual office programs, providing occasional
office space for road warriors and home-based workers. The center features spectacular views of Lake Michigan
and Millennium Park, in addition to a secure and reliable data and communications infrastructure.
