Holiday / Hotel Discount voucher TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Holiday and Hotel voucher is valid on purchase of holiday packages or hotel bookings through Akbar Travels only. 2) No duplicate Holiday and Hotel voucher will be issued if this voucher is lost or misplaced. 3) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion offered by Axis Bank or Akbar Travels Online. 4) The holder of the voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary. 5) Any dispute shall be referred to Axis Bank and decision of the Bank shall be final. 6) This voucher cannot be exchanged for any cash or cheque. 7) Only the primary cardholders shall be eligible to receive the voucher and only those who have paid the annual and joining fee shall be eligible to use the voucher. 8) Each eligible customer shall be entitled to only one voucher for one unique card held by the customer. 9) Each holiday and hotel voucher will bear a serial no and a promotion code. Please refrain from sharing promotion code with others as the same is prone to misuse. 10) Holiday and Hotel voucher can be redeemed only against one transaction. 11) The voucher will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the voucher/ credit card. 12) The voucher will have a black‐out period between a period of 15th Dec‐ 31st Dec and 1stOct‐ 15th Oct 2008 during which redemption will not be valid. 13) The voucher can be redeemed either against domestic and international holiday packages for a discount of Rs.2000 or against domestic and international hotel bookings for a discount of Rs.1000. Hotel booking should be of a minimum of 2 nights and 3 days in order to avail the discount. 14) All payments shall have to be made through Axis Bank credit card only. 15) Akbar Travels or Axis Bank shall not be held liable or responsible for any voucher that is lost and misdirected. 16) By using the voucher, the eligible customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions. 17) Axis Bank reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the eligible customer. 18) Akbar Travels or Axis Bank does not give any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of the hotel and/or the services being offered by the hotel. Akbar Travels or Axis Bank is also not liable for any defect or deficiency in services so offered by any of the hotels. 19) Axis Bank cardholders are not bound in any manner to avail the special offer. Any participation by the Bank Credit Cardholders shall be voluntary. 20) The benefit/discount may have additional terms and conditions and cardholders are required to read those terms and conditions in conjunction with the cardmember agreement. 21) The promotion is subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
