You can get these frozen desserts in three different
flavors.
Brownie Caramel features brownie cookies,
salted caramel sauce, and vanilla ice cream.
Confetti Cake is made with confetti cookies,
lemon buttercream, vanilla ice cream, and
sprinkles. Chocolate Chunk includes oat
chocolate chunk cookies, fudge drizzle, and
vanilla ice cream.
The Good Batch Bakery was launched in 2010 when founder Anna Gordon
started baking hand-pressed stroopwafels, inspired by her boyfriend (now
husband) Steve’s Dutch family, who missed their native cookie.
The company expanded into its flagship
bakery in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, in 2014.
The bakery is home to a spacious retail
café and a full kitchen where all of the
company’s baking is done in-house.
