b. Parks Advisory Board Bylaws update - Vote to change the number of annual meetings required from 8 annual
meetings to 6 annual meetings.

If above b. is approved, adopt proposed new 2025 meeting schedule as listed below.

 August 21, 2025 - Chair Proposes to cancel meeting
 October 02, 2025 - Chair Proposes to cancel meeting

September 18, 202 - Chair Proposes new meeting date
 November 13 ,2025 - Retain to approve ELAPP annual report
 December 18, 2025 - Only if necessary - But not required
