Healthcare Practice Leadership Team
New Healthcare Talent Investment Reinforces Commitment to Healthcare Community

ATLANTA--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Tatum, the nation’s largest executive services firm, announced that it
will be expanding its healthcare practice by adding Terry Peltes, Don Hanson and Greg Klotz to its leadership team.
The addition of these experienced professionals reinforces Tatum’s commitment to the healthcare community, as well
as to continued growth for the practice, which last year, grew to more than $28 million.
According to Rick Kramer, senior vice president at Tatum, “For-profit and not-for-profit hospitals will spend more
than $10 billion annually in total to transform their organizations over the next ten years. Industry data further
indicates there are 2,000 hospitals operating with low or negative financial indicators, making them ideal candidates
for Tatum Healthcare’s transformation services. Tatum is investing in its healthcare leadership team to continue our
history of partnering with hospitals and health systems to create extraordinary results.”
Kramer noted that Terry Peltes has been promoted to Tatum’s national healthcare managing partner. He will
continue to act as the managing partner for Tatum’s Denver office while helping to grow and strengthen the
healthcare practice. Peltes joins Linda Klute, Tatum’s national healthcare practice leader, in supporting the growing
demand for Tatum’s healthcare services.
Peltes is a former executive chairman of ALN Medical Management and a former president and CEO of Aptiv
Technology Partners and Certus Corporation. He specializes in business turnarounds and growth for private equity
and venture backed companies, and is an adjunct professor of finance in the Daniels College of Business at the
University of Denver. Peltes joined Tatum in December 2009.
