This is the biggest question women have. The answer might surprise you.
The first and most important thing you should do is begin exercising your pelvic floor and stomach
muscles as soon as you feel ready.
This is crucial. Strengthening the pelvic floor helps to prevent incontinence, can heal tears due to
giving birth, and reduce hemorrhoids if you have them. It is also essential if you want to regain a
