Wellness Classes At First Dance Studios
Whether you are 16, 60
or even older, you can
now attend First Dance
Limited’s modern dance
self-expression classes.
Classes are held in a
brand new studio amongst
the bucolic backdrop of the
Heather Farm in the
tranquil countryside of
Horsell Common.
The school promises you,
regardless of your age or
dance ability level, the
opportunity to find your inner
dancer and movement artist in
peaceful surroundings.
FDStudios has many class
options if you want to use
dance, movement and
exercise as a way to improve
physical and mental health
as well as spiritual and
creative well-being.
The school believes
that as you stretch and
strengthen the muscles
of your body, so too
can you stretch and
strengthen your mind.
You can now enrol in an array of jazz, tap, contemporary, ballet, barre
fitness, Latin, ballroom, Zumba, Pilates, stretch flow, musical theatre and
choir classes.
First Dance Limited was founded in 2005 by award-winning dancers Emma and
Katie Brewer. They are passionate about unlocking the transformative power of
dance for their students.
