Future Jobs Fund – Guidance for successful
bidders on working with Jobcentre Plus
This employer guidance gives you information about how to engage with
Jobcentre Plus in order to deliver your Future Jobs Fund jobs. The guidance
provides information additional to the Grant Letter and tells you how to get
the best out of your relationship with Jobcentre Plus.
The guidance is separated into 4 sections:
• Vacancy handling
• Arrangements for bidders operating in multiple regions
• Referrals and selection
• Marketing and Publicity Materials.
The process for addressing concerns regarding the services delivered by
Jobcentre Plus is contained in the Grant Letter. In the event of a complaint
you should, in the first instance, raise your concern with your Vacancy
Adviser(s) or Senior Account Manager. If they are unable to resolve the
problem, it will be escalated to the Future Jobs Fund Grant Management
The Government reserves the right to vary the delivery procedure set out in
this guidance, by notice in writing.
The eligibility criteria are kept under review and are subject to change.
Where there are exceptions to these, only Jobcentre Plus can determine
eligibility in individual cases.
6. When we receive your signed grant agreement we will provide you with
