Know this about your foods
Sugars – Give it up!
You’ll find sugar everywhere! In soups, in cereals, in health bars, in diary, in junk
foods and food makers have you come back for more. Read the food labels. 4g
equals a t(ea)-spoon full of sugar. If you don’t take it in your coffee, why eat it
with your food? According to health institutions you should limit your daily added
sugar intake to 25-50g a day or 6-12 t-spoons. For comparison, a 20-oz can of
coke has about 65g or 16 t-spoons of added sugar. Stay away from refined
sugars and enjoy your fruits or other natural sweeteners. And try to avoid
artificial sweeteners. They’re just as bad for you!
