Posts Strongest Ever First Quarter Results, Solidifies Position as Global Leader

Board Portals, announced its strongest ever First Quarter results. A net of 36 new clients were added during the 
First Quarter of 2010, an 89% increase over the First Quarter of 2009. Net Sales Revenue was $US 1.75 million 
for the First Quarter 2010, compared to $US 1.00 million for the First Quarter of 2009—a growth of 75%. With 
the addition of 36 new clients, Diligent now has 320 clients and more than 8,500 users of its Diligent Boardbooks 
portal.

During Q1 Diligent Board Member Services saw an increasingly diverse mix of industry segments signing up to use 
the Diligent Boardbooks portal including: Financial Services, Higher Education, Not-For-Profits, Healthcare and 
Energy companies. Diligent Board Member Services’ 300th client, Piedmont Natural Gas Company, represents yet
