Community Room Use/Rental
Use: The Community Room at Good Foods Market & Café is available for use by community groups for meetings, parties,
and other events. Special one-time events as well as on-going events may be booked. This room may not be used for
political or religious events or for anything that conflicts or competes with Good Foods’ business (including direct marketing
or multi-level marketing sales and/or wellness products).
Room and amenities: The room measures 24’ x 21’6”, has 30 chairs and 8 tables and will comfortably seat 30 people. We
have a carousel slide projector, an overhead projector, a TV/VCR, a speaking podium, a pull down wall screen, an easel with
paper, pens and markers. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, flatware, and serving pieces. It may be
used for serving beverages (non-alcoholic) and snacks, for potlucks, or preparing dishes. If you will be using the kitchen you
may receive an inventory list upon request.
Availability and scheduling: The room may not be reserved between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and 4:30 and 7 p.m. to allow extra
seating for our lunch and dinner rush. You must schedule your events with our Owner Services Director. You cannot use
the room more than your scheduled time slot. We book on a first come basis. Our events calendar is prepared 1 month in
advance, although you may reserve the room at any time, slots will be limited the closer it is to the date of the event.
• Owners and non-profit organizations may use the room at no cost.
• All others $10 per hour, up to 3 hours. More than 3 hours is negotiable. Please submit the room rental fee to
Ann Marx prior to your event.
Your responsibility: We ask that you leave the room and kitchen in the condition stated on the Check Out Form. There will
be a form in your Event Packet that must be filled out and turned in to Customer Service before leaving. You are financially
responsible for any damages to the room or equipment in the room.
