ERDAS Software 2010, Version 10.1 Released
New products with this release include LPS eATE, Defense Formats for Stereo Analyst and
ERDAS APOLLO Feature Interoperability.
Norcross, GA (PRWEB) -- ERDAS Inc. announces the release of ERDAS Software 2010, Version 10.1, featuring
several new products and enhancements throughout the existing product portfolio. This includes new releases of
ERDAS IMAGINE®, LPS, ERDAS ER Mapper, ERDAS Extensions for ArcGIS, ERDAS APOLLO and
ERDAS TITAN Client. New products in this release include LPS eATE, Defense Formats for Stereo Analyst and
ERDAS APOLLO Feature Interoperability.
This minor release is part of ERDAS’ annual release schedule, which includes a major and minor release each
year. Software maintenance customers may download their product upgrade at the support website. This installer
will upgrade existing installations from ERDAS Software 2010 to ERDAS Software 2010, Version 10.1.
“ERDAS Software 2010, Version 10.1 includes several new products and numerous customer-driven
enhancements across the product lines,” said Mladen Stojic, Senior Vice President, Product Management and
Marketing, ERDAS. “This significant minor release provides the latest technology for authoring, managing,

LPS eATE is a new module for generating high resolution point cloud data from stereo imagery. LPS eATE
provides an unparalleled solution for processing terrain data in a distributed processing environment. This highly
flexible solution is ideal for all types of projects, from satellite to airborne frame and digital pushbroom sensor
technologies, with variable output terrain density up to the pixel level.
Defense Formats for Stereo Analyst® for ArcGIS is a new US Defense only product that adds Tape Format
