ARON LEVKO- ASA, CLP, CMC, CPIM
Mr. Levko is a former Principal and founder of the Intellectual Asset Management Practice for
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has extensive experience working with corporate management,
entrepreneurs and trial lawyers in a broad range of industries. He specializes in assisting clients in
intellectual property (IP) transactions, business valuations, dispute resolutions and portfolio management.

issues involving advisory services and expert testimony. He focuses on IP matters and other complex
business analysis. He helps clients derive value from all forms of intellectual assets. He has extensive
experience as an expert witness testifying on damages, business valuations, reasonable royalty rates,
licensing practices, and product commercial success.
Principal - Arthur Young & Co. (n/k/a Ernst & Young), 1979 to 1986
He led consulting projects on financial and manufacturing systems in the Management Consulting Group
in Chicago, involving productivity improvement, large systems implementation and business strategy. He
implemented financial reporting and cost accounting systems at several major companies, government
agencies and institutions. He provided insight in litigation matters requiring product specification, cost
accounting and computer systems knowledge.
Plant Controller - Rockwell International, (n/k/a Rockwell Automation), 1974 to 1979
He was responsible for financial planning and control, asset management, technology transfer and data
processing operations at a major metal forging plant in Chicago. He installed a standard cost system at
the plant. Previous work was in financial management positions at other U.S. plants and division
headquarters in Troy, MI within Automotive Operations.
