* If an emergency meeting is called, can a Board member vote remotely if they are unable to attend

the meeting in person?
 A special meeting can be scheduled; however, it must be advertised and open to the public far enough in
advance to give those who wish to attend a chance to be there and/or speak.
 Members who cannot make it to the meeting in person may attend virtually only after a physical quorum is
present. They cannot vote offline.
 Meeting minutes must be taken/recorded and summary of the meeting made available like any other Parks
Advisory Board meeting.
