WELCOME/CALL TO ORDER
a. This meeting was called to order at 11:06 AM by Anthony Sanchez
b. Mr. Sanchez introduced Diedrea Anthony, the newest board member.

PRESENTATIONS
a. ELAPP Acquisition Update
i. This was covered under the ELAPP Annual Report presentation.
b. State Road 56 Extension
i. No update at this time.
c. ELAPP Annual Report
i. Jarryd Dalfino introduced himself and summarized the year’s acquisitions and
negotiations.
Motion: Jack Berlin made a motion approving the ELAPP Annual Report and the motion was
seconded by Joe Guidry. The motion was passed with no opposing members.
d. Tackle Football Game Security
i. Adrienne Rouse shared that all tackle football games are requiring security. Final
decisions are still being made regarding who will pay for security.
ii. Discussion ensued regarding cost sharing and next steps to take. Several board
members expressed the importance of the leagues covering this cost.
e. December 15 Meeting
i. This meeting will likely be canceled.
f. 2023 Meeting Dates

i. The January meeting has been changed to January 5.
ii. Ms. Rouse introduced Brenda Perez and thanked her for covering today’s
meeting.
ACTION ITEM- Post the January meeting to the County Calendar.

Motion: Joe Guidry made a motion approving the October 13, 2022 meeting minutes and
the motion was seconded by Jack Berlin. The motion was passed with no opposing
members.
