The Business was started by Russell Groves following
several years of working with SMEs in a consulting capacity.
Russell identified that SMEs had a need to provide skills-
based training to their teams, but the hurdles in doing means
that this is delayed until the HR function expands.
We have already drastically reduced the number of factors a
HR leader needs to consider before introducing e-learning to
their teams.
Our mission is to be the Learning and Development
department for all small businesses.
Dec 2020 – Built follow on solutions
Really positive feedback from businesses who took part in Bootcamp,
but difficult to then monetise the relationship. 3 solutions built to offer
solutions at multiple price points
