Introducing Visual Itineraries
Dates, times, and flights are important parts of travel plans, of course--but not the exciting parts, and definitely not what makes someone
decide to actually book a trip. What we've created is a way for travelers to visualize the experience before they go, using videos, virtual
tours, dynamic satellite photos and maps, photo albums, and more. We're not replacing your existing process for managing a client's
itinerary--so don't worry, there's no duplication of effort for you in terms of entering and updating details.
What we help you provide for your client is an overall virtual tour of the trip that you're planning for them, so they can get a real feel for
what the experiences will be like, choose between hotels and experiences, and get them closer to making a booking with you.
Benefits for Travel Agents and Their Clients
Sharing a Visual Itinerary with a client helps them visualize what the experience is going to be like, and gets them excited and
wanting to move forwards with their travel plans.
Sharing a Visual Itinerary with their friends and family helps drive new leads, as these people get a taste for what their friends are
about to experience or have just returned from experiencing.
At the bottom of every page of every itinerary you create, we show your photo, your company logo, and your contact information. When
your clients' friends and family are looking at the exciting travel itinerary you've created for the client, they'll know who to contact if they'd
like to enjoy a similar experience--you!
Dynamic Google satellite photo maps help visualize locations of hotels, activities, and sights to see
Captioned photo galleries, YouTube videos, virtual tours, and webcams for each point of interest
Each page is branded with your photo, logo, and contact information
Easily shared (and likely to be shared!) on Facebook by the client for generating new leads
QR code for each itinerary allows people with smartphones to load your itiner
