Abstract
This white paper provides an overview of the architecture used to show that automated global failover and recovery over nearly
any distance is a reality. The white paper will address the issues around designing and deploying a global recovery solution,
including: considerations, architecture, and the operation of the failover process. The paper will review and conclude that the
integration of SRDF/A and PRIMECLUSTER enables organizations to provide a robust foundation to support highly available
enterprise applications. These products provide a real-world option for any organization developing long distance business
continuity plans.
