Re: Employment Offer
[Company] is pleased to confirm the offer extended to you to join [Company] in the position of [Position
Title], reporting directly to [Manager’s Name], the [Manager’s Title], beginning [start date]. The purpose
of this letter is to set forth our understanding of the terms of your employment with [Company],
including your job description and compensation. It is important to us that your involvement make a
tangible, measurable and profitable contribution. It is also important that you are inspired to remain with

Compensation
