OVERVIEW
In this course attendees will gain a basic understanding of construction contract management, beginning with bidder
selection and continuing through warranty and close-out. Special attention will be paid to the unique aspects of
construction contract management, including change order management, progress assessment, owner involvement,
early warning signs of contractor trouble, and means to address specific issues.
