WHY I CHOSE TO EXERCISE with
So I will admit it: some days I don't want to work out.
I'm starting to notice those days are becoming more
and more, and to be honest, I know it's starting to
effect my health.
Doctor says "You either workout frequently or you
will be seeing me more frequently".
Then I hear about this
organization called "GETM
Training", and they make fitness
Cool ads, solid success stories,
suddenly, I'm thinking twice about
working out on my own.
So I went for it... They offered a cool free trial and I figured I
had nothing to lose.
After seeing results from their
Crush package, I decided to try
the Gains cycle they offer.
Personally, I recommend the Gains
because the twice a week was really
more of what I needed.
3 months in, and I'm on track and creating healthier habits, which I
kept struggling to do by myself. And I'm FEELING better as well!
I know diet and exercise are
important, but having the helping
hand has made it possible.
