Reservation Deposit Receipt
("Reservation Holder") hereby delivers to Prudential Utah Real
Estate (“Prudential"), as a Reservation Deposit, the amount of $1,000, in the form of
made payable to First American Title at 5926 South Fashion Point Dr, Suite 120
South Ogden, UT 84403, Phone (801) 479-6600 (the "Escrow Agent"), which, upon acceptance
of this Reservation (“Reservation") by Whisper Ridge Development, LLC , a Utah limited liability
company (“Developer"), shall be deposited into the trust account of the Escrow Agent (the "Trust
Account") as set forth below. Receipt of the Reservation Deposit is hereby acknowledged by

Recitals
A. Whisper Ridge Development, LLC (“Developer") owns certain real estate in Morgan County,
Utah that is known as Whisper Ridge at Stone Canyon, a subdivision of residential Lots (“the
Property").
B. Reservation Holder desires to execute this Reservation for the express purpose of registering
Reservation Holder's interest in purchasing a proposed Lot at the Property, and to induce
Developer to offer a selected Lot at the Property to the Reservation Holder for purchase, for the
price identified in this Reservation.
Agreement
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the Recitals, and the terms and conditions set forth
below, the adequacy and sufficiency of which the parties do hereby acknowledge Developer and
Reservation Holder do agree as follows:
1. RESERVATION OF INTEREST. The Reservation Holder hereby registers his/her interest in
the purchase of Lot #
of the Property ("the Reserved Lot") for a purchase price of $
