To avoid such things, it is must to brief about company’s policies, business objectives and values in advance so that each employee exactly knows what transformation he/she needs to does in order to sync with the company’s culture. Now it is also important to preach such things by taking seminar/induction and other, so that new hires can understands the importance of it. Without face-to-face interaction, transferring the core value is almost impossible. If you find an employee that is becoming overly familiar, joking, or disrespecting someone, this is right time to show your authority and keep the work-place discipline under control. And to do that, we depend mostly on ourselves, as official education in the field in Bulgaria, sadly, is currently not enough.
