Choosing a Market Many people are going to find this very difficult to do, but it does not have to be. Creating an information product is easy, you just need to know what people have issues with, and you have to put out a product that solves a particular issue! If you are not sure what people have a problem with in the niche, all you really need to do is look up the forums. See what kind of questions they are asking. Simple way to search for those discussions is by entering keywords in Google such as “buy foreclosure + forum” or “issue with buying foreclosure + forum” or “question about buying foreclosure + forum”. Now just by creating and giving away this free guide, you can still make money. You can offer some paid foreclosure listings services and / or book on getting financing for foreclosure property. Your readers are interested in both. Now I will tell you, if you listed the answers to all those “unanswered” questions for me, you would become my very best friend!
