Is It Worth Having A Simple, Handwritten Will?

The private client solicitors at ELP Arbuthnott McClanachan advise that all adults in Scotland should have a Will.  Ideally, it should be a legally binding Will written by a Will Solicitor, however, if this is not possible they show you how to write a simple DIY Will yourself.
