Here's our winter collection to make your everyday lifestyle healthier & happier!           
Just a few little ideas or items that are sweet.  
  
-Individually wrapped Godiva Dark Chocolate Assortment-a bit more expensive but helps 
keep you on track with individual bites that satisfy, but don't pack on the pounds.    
- Try swapping out your serving bowls for Bistro bowls. They are prettier & fill up faster, 
so portion control is more easily managed.  
 
  
-Have you changed your toothbrush lately? You should, at least every season. Check out 
natural alternatives like bamboo instead of plastic. 
-Faux Fettucine Alfredo: Melt down a package of gourmet Boursin garlic & herb cheese 
with a bit of white wine & virgin olive oil for an instant, delicious Alfredo sauce. Mix with 
fettucine or any pasta of your choice.   
-Winter air too dry? Invest in a good humidifier or at least a small diffuser to keep the 
air cleaner & healthier.
