Golf Webcomic Kickstarter Campaign: Support
This Comic Strip Artist Team
Birdie Robot Golf has launched a Kickstarter
campaign with a goal of USD 12,720 to help cover
the labor costs associated with the development of
their new golf webcomic.
The webcomic, which is still being
developed, follows Godolfo "Godo"
Golpher, an engineer whose analytical
tendencies often interfere with his
performance on the golf course.
Together with his co-workers Frank
Fader, Roberto "Tito" Teeoff, and
Darla Dibot, Godo formulates an AI-
assisted plan to try and improve his
game.
While Birdie Robot Golf has
completed the narrative arc of the
webcomic, they are still making
some final tweaks to jokes and
individual scenes.
The artist behind the visuals of
the webcomic, CZero, is also hard
at work putting the finishing
touches on the illustrations.
Birdie Robot Golf plans to
publish 50 black-and-white
strips and 50 larger full-colored
strips twice per week on
Wednesdays and Sundays
following the conclusion of the
campaign.
If you wish to contribute to the
campaign you have six reward levels
to choose from all with different perks
and swag.
