3. HAZARDOUS IDENTIFICATIONS:
EMERGENCY OVERVIEW
Hazardous chemical. Off-white powdered solid with a
musty odor. Dust may irritate eyes. LD50 for skin
absorption is >2000 mg/kg. Oral LD50 is 4000 mg/kg.
Aerosol LC50 is >4.40 mg/L for 4 hours.

POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS: This section includes
possible adverse effects, which could occur if this material
is not handled in the recommended manner.
EYE: Essentially non-irritating to eyes. Dust may irritate
eyes.
SKIN: Brief contact may cause slight skin irritation with
local redness. Did not cause allergic skin reactions when
tested in guinea pigs. Prolonged skin contact is unlikely to
result in absorption of harmful amounts. The LD50 for skin
absorption in rats is >2000 mg/kg.
INGESTION: Low toxicity if swallowed. Small amounts
swallowed incidental to normal handling operations are not
likely to cause injury; however, swallowing larger amounts
