ENHANCED CAPABILITY IN
THE FAMILIAR BLUE BOX
Honeywell’s RM7800 Family of microprocessor-based inte-
grated burner control continues to expand with enhanced
capability and flexibility – introducing the RM7890A1056 and
RM7890B1048, and even more versatile RM7840G1022,
RM7840L1075, and RM7800L1087 relay modules for com-
mercial and industrial combustion applications.
Typical applications for the RM7890A1056 and
RM7890B1048 are on/off primary control for atmospheric
automatically fired, gas only, single burner applications. These models come
standard with automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status
indication, system or self-diagnostics, and troubleshooting along with this im-
pressive list of additional features:
• Pre-ignition interlock input (proof-of-closure switch)
• Selectable intermittent or interrupted pilot valve function (with 10 second MFEP)
• LED fault code (Blinkum) annunciation on safety shutdown (20 possible codes)
• Selectable pilot flame establishing period (PFEP)
• Run/Test switch for interrupted pilot setup
