Balsamic Burger Salad 15 minutes Extra Lean Ground Beef Onion Powder Chili Powder Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste) Extra Virgin Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Dijon Mustard Arugula Avocado (cubed) Red Onion (thinly sliced) 431 33g Saturated 7g 10g Fiber 5g 25g Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days. Cherry tomatoes, green onion, bacon, goat cheese, and/or pickles to the salad. Use ground turkey, chicken, or pork to make a burger patty instead. In a medium-sized bowl, add the beef, onion powder, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine and form into patties. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add a splash of oil if needed. Once hot, add the patties and cook for four to five minutes per side or until cooked through to your liking. Remove and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, balsamic vinegar, and dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the arugula onto plates and top with avocado and red onion.
