DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE ATRIA III – 2225 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 1105 DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH go South on highway 404 to Sheppard Ave. turn left onto ramp that takes you to Sheppard Ave. turn left onto Sheppard Ave. – get over to your right lane turn right onto Settler’s Road see direction below into parking lot OR go South on Victoria Park Avenue to Sheppard Ave. turn right onto Sheppard Ave. turn left onto Settler’s Road see direction below into parking lot DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH go North on Don Valley Parkway to Sheppard Ave. get into the right hand lane – be careful of on-coming traffic turn left onto Sheppard Ave. from ramp turn right onto Settler’s Road see direction below into parking lot DIRECTIONS COMING FROM EAST – be sure to be in the Collector’s lanes (not express lanes) take 401 West to Victoria Park Drive go North on Victoria Park to Sheppard Ave. turn left onto Sheppard Ave. turn left onto Settler’s Road see direction below into parking lot DIRECTIONS COMING FROM WEST – be sure to be in the Collector’s lanes (not express lanes) take 401 West to Don Valley Parkway go North to Sheppard Ave. –get into the right hand lane – watch on-coming traffic coming from 401 East turn left onto Sheppard Ave. from ramp turn right onto Settler’s Road see direction below into parking lot DIRECTIONS INTO UNDERGROUND PARKING Enter underground parking lot off Settler’s Road (turn right) – enter into Visitor’s section Follow yellow signs in parking lot to Atria III When you see the sign that point to Additional Parking & Atria III – look to the left, and you will see the Elevators that go to Atria III and Fitness Club – park anywhere around the elevators (wall is painted pink) Additional Parking Atria III Either take the stairs or elevator up to Ground Floor Go straight across to elevator bank (just left of Security desk) Take elevators on the left (floors 9 and up) to the 11th floor
