What has changed? Our success is off the charts for one thing, but much of
the submitted content is, let's just say, not so useful. For the last three
years or so we have monitored the content. The monitoring process
involved a manual 'thumbs-down' procedure to rejected content or authors
who placed unsavory content on our site.

crawlable by search engines, we will set all documents that are submitted
by unknown authors not to be crawled by search engines. Thi
